Services
Contriboot provides custom software development and consulting services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements between Contriboot and the client. This website serves as an informational resource and lead generation tool.
Pricing and Payment
All project pricing is provided as fixed quotes following an initial consultation. Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Key points:
- All prices are in US Dollars
- Project fees are one-time charges unless a management contract is selected
- Management contracts are billed on the schedule defined in the agreement
- No hidden fees or surprise charges
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project. This includes:
- Full source code and documentation
- Rights to modify, distribute, and commercialize the deliverables
- No ongoing licensing fees or usage restrictions
Third-party tools, libraries, and services used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
Contriboot provides software development services on an "as-is" basis following project specifications. While we strive for excellence in every project, Contriboot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
